Day 1: Arrive Gatlinburg & Laurel Falls

Drive into park, hike Laurel Falls Trail (2.6 miles round trip, paved, waterfall reward).

Downtown dinner at Crockett's Breakfast Camp (fun, casual, kids love the rustic cabin vibe), walk Main Street shops.

Day 2: Cataract Falls & Coves Cove Loop

Short 0.8-mile Cataract Falls hike (misty waterfall, stream), plenty of time for creek play.

Drive scenic Cades Cove 11-mile loop; stop at pullouts, watch for deer and turkeys.

Early casual dinner at The Peddler Steakhouse, rest at hotel.

Day 3: Anakeesta Adventure & Downtown Exploration

Visit Anakeesta park: ziplines, alpine slide, ropes course; rent for 2–3 hours based on kids' ages.

Back to park for scenic drive or revisit favourite waterfall trail.

Dinner at Pancake House (fun, retro diner), tubing down Pigeon River if warm enough, or splash pad.

Day 4: Alum Cave Trail or Depart

If time: hike first 1–2 miles of Alum Cave Trail (switchbacks, forest, turn back if tired).

Lunch, pack up, drive toward highway to depart.
