6 Days in Moshi & Mount Kilimanjaro

Moshi, Tanzania · 6 days, 5 nights · mid-range · from about $2400 per person · best in June, July, August

Moshi is the gateway to Kilimanjaro, but it's worth exploring itself: a lush Chagga highland town where coffee grows, waterfalls crash, and the mountain looms impossibly large. Acclimatise properly, trek lower ridges, and meet mountain guides whose families have been on these slopes for generations.
